Parameters-Global calibrations: Fat, protein, lactose (incl. low lactose products), total solids, solids non fat, freezing point, titratable acidity, density, free fatty acids, citric acids, casein, urea, sucrose, glucose, fructose and galactose. Targeted and untargeted adulteration screening.
